We have a place local that provides mats to the ranges/domes. Any chance there is one of these near you. Golf supplies in Yellow Pages?

Thanks Alex, I will look into that. Not really looking for something that big, mainly just a mat to hit the ball and tee it up to practice drives. I can take my stance in the yard itself :) But it's a good idea to maybe look in the yellow pages. Thanks

It's the only thing I thought of. I'm doing the same in my yard.... going to work on my son.. and myself as I come back. Hope you find something.

Alex

(unless you convince your wife that you will have sand, seed and rope to rope of closed areas of said grass tees)

Check out a Dicks Sporting Goods or golf store if you have one near by Bigg! They usually have the grass mats that have fairway, rough and a thing to tee up balls! I know PGA Superstores carry them and maybe even Walmart buddy!

Just a thought.....as I hate hitting off the mat.....would it be feasible to make a portable tee box with REAL sod in it?
