So mine are the nxt tour s, asked our pro who is a titleist guy. Not the ball for me. Rolled out what too much for my liking on chips and short pitches. Like I said not happy with it off the driver. However the bright spot was with full iron shots. Decent feel and hit and stuck for me.

I got some last year. hopefully I'll get some as well. I'm usually a few days behind everyone else. The price for living in the country.

I think I agree that they are the TruSoft. www.titleist.com/teamtitleist/b/tourblog...-new-dt-trusoft.aspx
They were fine on full iron shots and on/around the greens had some bite, but much much shorter off the tee for me than a ProV/ProVx and my beloved Snell-My Tour Ball. Like 25 yards as previously reported, swing speed 106. I did make a birdie on the very first hole with the test ball, but that was more because of a good putt...... Received a test sleeve in the mail today. Mine have a black 1 on them. Have not examined them closely enough yet to see if I can determine what they are. Not typically a Titleist user so will have to go through some old shag balls to compare them with some of those.

So, I'm not sure how - but I received two sleeves now.
One has red numbers on it, the other has black.
Doing a little homework, it seems the Red numbers are NXT Tour, while the Black numbers are NXT Tour S.
The word 'Titleist' is a little darker color too, maybe the font is a little thicker. Not sure, but something definitely different about it.
Here's a pic...you decide.
