How did I ever miss this thread?

Current Ball: ProV1
Handicap: 4
Estimated Swing Speed: 100-105
Estimated Driver Distance: 260-290
Recent Balls played: ProV1, ProV1x, Srixon ZStar, TM Penta
Testing Plan: I try to play as much as possible, rain, warm or cold weather. When I am testing a ball I will usually play the ball I am testing for a full round at the usual course I play and compare it to how I normally hit my typical ball. I will use it on the putting green from many different spots as well as chip with it or hit it out of a practice bunker.
Driver: Callaway Razr Fit 8.5*
3 wood: Callaway Razr Fit
Hybrid: Ping i15 18*
Irons: Wilson FG-62 TT S-300 shaft Thanks to GB FF!
Wedges: Nike Victory Red V-Rev 52*, 56*, and 60*
Putter: Odyssey #9 White Ice

Current Ball: Pro V1 / Nike 20XI
Handicap: 14.7 at the end of last posting season. Playing to 8-9 currently.
Estimated Swing Speed: Driver 113-115
Estimated Driver Distance: 295+
Recent Balls played: Titleist NXT Tour, Nike One Tour, Nike One Tour D
Testing Plan: Play the ball through minimum of 1 round, use at practice facility for sand shots, chip shots, 60 yard shots, putting green practice, etc. write an informative review from my experience and MY perspective. Try to write the review in a way that paints a picture for forum members to easily understand and hopefully easy to enjoy.

I have no bias. If something works, it works. Regardless of the manufacturer name or recognition. To the opposite, just because a product has a big brand logo on it doesn't mean it's a superior product by default. If a review is created by me, it will be forward and true, again, from my experience with the product.
Crazy excited to #BRINGIT with a full on Callaway setup through my bag for 2013! Stoked to #GROWTHEGAME! Eager to #GRIND and #IMPROVE! PUMPED FOR ALL THINGS GB and CLUB WARS!!!

Current Ball: Callaway Tour I(Z)
Handicap: 10
Swing Speed: 102
Driver Distance: 260+
Recent Balls Played: Pro V1, Wilson FG, Bridgestone 330RX
Testing Plan: I love to play 50 and 75 yard shots to test the spinability of a golf ball. I spend hours hitting these types of shots per week. I would also test the ball's ability to 2 hop & stop on low, driving chip shots of 20-30 yards, another great indicator to me.

Finally, a couple of rounds at my home course, where I know every inch of, do determine its performance relative to ball flight, distance, etc. I keep stats on an excel file that I created, that I would be able to share with the group when relevant.
Callaway Razr Fit w/ Diamana 9.5
Callaway Diablo Edge Tour 3 wood
Taylor Made Burner 3 hybrid
Nike VR-s 4 hybrid
Callaway Razr X Forged Irons
Callaway Jaws 52 and 58 degrees
Scotty Cameron California Del Mar

Any chance you'd share your excel template with a fellow golfballed member? :)

Hello Mr Admin

my current ball: Bridgestone B330RX
handicap: 16
swing speed:93mph
driver distance:260-275yds
balls tried recently: Callaway Chrome Hex, Titleist NXT
my testing plan: Like any golfer I'm always looking for any increase in yardage, so I'll take a sleeve of the test balls with me on my next round to a little course where playing 2 shots isn't a problem and play the against my current ball.
