I use the overlap grip. Used to do the interlock, but was gripping it too tightly and bruising my hand.

Whether it's strong, neutral or weak, depends on the shot shape I want.
Strong when I need a draw, weak for the fade. I typically try to shape a shot with a driver or woods, the irons I try to hit straight (neutral grip).

Baseball? Vardon? Interlock? Furyk?

I have tried them all but found the baseball grip to work best for me as 24 years of being a goalie in soccer has left my wrists a bit weak from wear and tear.

24years in soccer is one hell of a long career.. well done, most peeps last 10ish at the most... what level did you play at? and who did you play for?.. Im a St. Mirren follower (Scottish premier league).

Thanks Jim. The highest I played was in the Air Force where I was chosen to the All-Air Force team in my last year of my tour. I have played in a lot of post-professional leagues with D1 and ex-international pro players (ranging from Serie-B to PZPN (Poland).

I started getting some mobility-threatening injuries to compliment the 10+ concussions I have gotten over the years so I decided to hang the boots up so I can have a chance at running around with my son when he is older. Besides.....Golf has always been my #1 sport talent wise.....just wish I had put as much time into it as I did soccer.

Anyway.....thanks everyone for their input. This may be an area that I focus on this off season. I have to get rid of that damn death-grip. Maybe I'll start with a Levitee glove :)

A weak interlock grip for straighter shots and a strong grip for a draw

Ditto this, if not neutral. Tried to switch to the overlap. Man that was a rough season....
