I mentioned some time ago that I thought it would be a good idea to start sharing photos of members on the course. Well I don't have one of me yet but here is a picture taken on hole #11 of the Air Force Academy's Blue course. The buck's antlers are wider than his ears and as tall. Not the best picture but we are blessed to see wildlife frequently here in Colorado. And for those veteran posters out there, the guy walking away from the water is the infamous PJ.

The buck is cool, but that stud is amazing!!

Eisenhower was my home course for 7 years. For those looking at TA's photo, it's a par 5 that is TOTAL risk reward. If you hit your drive up the right side with a draw, you can get it down into a flat lie and go for it in 2 but as you can see, you have to carry water to hit the green. In the winter, it's a driver and 5 iron cuz you can bounce it off the fairway, ice on the pond and hopefully hold the green.... That green is really tough to read, tons of breaks.

I miss that place.
