Adams Speedline Fast 12 Driver
Next: Callaway Razr Fit Back: Wilson Dxi Superlight

Before testing the Fast 12, we were excited about the reviews it was getting. Adams designed the club head with industry-leading aerodynamics that produces faster club speeds than its competitors. After testing, the Fast 12 finished above average with a swing speed of 108.9 MPH, but surprisingly finished low with an average distance of 247 yards. Testers had mixed reviews about the look and feel of this driver. The above average swing speed was a plus, but the overall balance and look at address seemed to leave more to be desired. The driver felt fairly forgiving, so we would recommend this club to any player above a 10 handicap that has lost some MPH in their swing and want forgiveness.

The drivers look doesn’t appeal to many players, usually, a spaceship comes to mind. The feel, well, we all know that shafts are hollow. But for some reason the Fast 12's shaft felt really thin and hollow through the swing. Which is probably why swing speed didn’t relate into distance gains. When you get too light you don’t get that pop and inertia behind the ball.
