Hey Nation!!!


I am excited to have 1000 posts here on in just shy of 3 months & in Honor of this milestone (for me) I want to pass along an opportunity to someone.


... For those of you who remember my initial post about using Swing By Swing (SmartPhone App), I had intentions to test out and review, share and exploit my own golf swing before the forums very eyes

There were some complications that led to a long drawn out timeframe for what was to happen in a weeks time that ended up taking many more. Since that time, I've moved into new circumstances with a job that I took which has led to gaining the best instructor in the Pacific Northwest; that said, I really don't have the same need that I had several weeks ago when I approached Swing By Swing about testing out their new Pro Looper offering.

This Pro Looper account grants access to personal video instruction that you can take with your phone, send in via email and have (supposedly within 24 hr turnaround timeframe) feedback with voice over and graphic indications on YOUR swing. You can use this on an unlimited basis for a year with the membership account.



So, if anyone is interested in accepting the torch that I'm looking to pay forward, then please indicate so below with the reason(s) why.

If your not entirely familiar with the Swing By Swing Pro Looper account, I recommend going to their website and exploring what all it has to offer. I think you will be pleased.


I have yet to run this by the powers that be at SBS but I can't see any rhyme or reason as to why they wouldn't agree to allow this to occur.



Looking forward to drawing a lucky person for this opportunity in a reasonable timeframe. I'm hoping this generates a nice level of interest as I really think it to be a GREAT tool for MANY of you fellas.

Do you mind explaining exactly what would be happening here? I finally used the app for the first time yesterday and liked it.

I don't need the benefit of a years worth Of personalized instruction via video with the PGA Professional Instructor from SBS; so, I want someone else from to use the Pro Looper account for the next year or so (I'm gonna tell them to transfer my membership to a new person)... Make sense?

Well I have taken some small lessons with GolfTEC people for free, and I always get some good starting advice. They always tell me that I have an excellent swing, and that with a little work I'll easily be a scratch golfer. This is music to my ears. BUT, I can never afford another lesson. I would love the consistency of having someone who keeps on working with me and learns my swing and and knows my problems, instead of going in to a new instructor and going over the same basic issues each time. With that being said, I would really like to give these people a shot and see what I can accomplish with them. The GPS aspect of the app was spot on yesterday, and I'd really like to dig deeper into it and see what can be achieved through these mini lessons. I pretty much video my swing every week anyway, now I can have access to someone who can analyze that video and help me improve.

Congrats on the 1000 if not for circumstances beyond my control I have lost a lot of time to be able to have posts on here. Since we started on here at just about the same time we would be at 1000 together it would be awesome! But congrats again and hopefully I will be there soon!

Ya I should be around more often as soon as possible. Especially with getting a new phone and job now so it should be really good!
