Relaxing... my swing coach and I put on a clinic for a group today. I had a great time but I think the sausage I ate wasn't cooked through. Feeling

Well a root from a tree just happened to be under there. I had no idea until I hit. Pain shot quick and fast. Last night I had a little bump to go with the pain in my wrist. This morning that bump is much bigger.
