Looks like it occurred on Sat night so it was definitely before Tiger took the honors on Sunday.

Also, according to the article, Steinburg made mention that it was a medical reason for his lapse on the breathalizer... There was a local guy here in town who also had a nationally televised tv program (Little People Big World) who fought his DUI and won his case citing medical reasons... I'm wondering if this might actually be the case for this dude???
